AIMS - April 6 - 10

Please take extra time this weekend to prepare your child for AIMS.

Bed time and awake times are set Friday - Friday.
Healthy breakfast recommendation - whole grains and protein (eggs/nuts/meat).
Student has a healthy snack throughout the week. Recommendation - Fresh Fruit.
Seeds and nuts are good for enhanced memory.
Students arrive on time and raring to go!!!
